Arthur has a PMD/MBA from Harvard Business School and Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineer and Business Administrator from the University Mackenzie of Brazil.

 

He has had a successful career holding positions of General Manager/CEO and Business Unit Manager involving start-ups, turn-around, mergers & acquisitions, and reorganizations of companies. During his professional carrier, so far, he worked for large multinationals such as Alcan Aluminum (where he spent20 years highlighting 6 years as Head of Latam for International Trading as well the Managing Director for two Business Units) and Alcoa Aluminum as CEO for Argentine and Chile operations.

 

Locally he was Director of Tin Plate Business Unit for the largest steel mill in Brazil – Companhia Siderurgica Nacional,CSN – as well as CEO for American Chamber of Commerce – Amcham Brazil – a high caliber position where he reinforced his international relationships with the industrial sector. From January 2008 until May 2018 he was Senior Partners of two Global Executive Search Firms – the NYC headquartered CT Partners and the Toronto based Caldwell Partners, where he was responsible for searches and assessment of C-Suite executives for large multinationals. 

 

Since 2015, he has been the founder / CEO for Sausalito International, a business company that comprises Trading, M&A, Business Development Services and Medical products.

 

Arthur speaks fluent Portuguese, English, and Spanish and he lives in São Paulo, Brazil.
