Our Mission
Lucas Arruda has a Master’s Degree in Administration with emphasis on Strategy from Insper business school and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Federal University of Santa Catarina, Brazil.
Specialized in companies of intensive capital, he has planned, negotiated, and cleared over US$ 180 mi in a variety of growth capital and other investments. He is a C-level executive with highly valued results and leadership mostly focused on business development, corporate planning, strategic management, and corporate restructuring. He is Director of Business Development at interCaribbean Airways, was Deputy CEO and Director of Corporate Planning at Insel Air International, board member at Digimarc Chile, Executive Director and Partner at Lunica Consulting (a boutique, high profile management consultancy in Sao Paulo and focused on the Latin American and Caribbean markets), and Head of Market and Sales Strategy at EMBRAER, where he also started his career as Product Development Engineer. He has provided multiple interviews to the market and economy sections of large media vehicles including CNN, The Globe and Mail of Canada, El País, Folha de São Paulo, O Globo.
Lucas is also a partner at a fintech based in Brazil, founder of Eximius Capital, a change management and investment firm, and founder of a food company in Italy.
He is native in Portuguese, speaks fluent English, Spanish, Danish and intermediary Italian. He lives in Alba, Piemonte region, Italy.
